Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Standards and Policies sub-team, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic goals
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the Standard System document suite, including all related documents and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive system planning and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team
• 7+ years of experience within a voluntary sustainability standards system
• Experience working within a global environment and cultural diversity
• Excellent computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong work ethic with a high degree of autonomy
