Job Summary

A company is looking for a Starry Expert, Tier I (Part Time) in Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to internet services, appointments, and account management
  • Identify and resolve issues on home WiFi networks and retain customers requesting cancellations
  • Escalate technical and non-technical issues and follow up with customers for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of help desk or troubleshooting customer service experience in technical environments
  • 1+ years of call center experience handling moderate to high call volume
  • Ability to work from home in a dedicated, quiet space
