Job Summary

A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach to guide clients in maximizing their use of analytic tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize consultative methods to effect change in key focus areas
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly coaching sessions to confirm and measure implemented changes
• Update CRM with necessary notes and changes while promoting additional products

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
• 2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple accounts
• Experience in presenting training material engagingly
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including executives
