Job Summary

A company is looking for a Start Smart Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach clients to maximize key focus areas during the Start Smart coaching approach
Ensure clients establish knowledge and behaviors in using their assigned analytic tool
Hold coaching sessions with clients to confirm and measure implemented changes

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience highly preferred
2 years of Automotive Service Department management preferred
Ability to present training material in an engaging manner
Consultative problem-solving skills
Proven ability to direct and lead clients to wanted solutions
