Job Summary

A company is looking for a Start Up Team Manager, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage effective delivery of site activation within assigned regions, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with SSU specialists and facilitate collaboration between trial sites and internal teams
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of site activation, including regulatory submissions and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in CRO or Pharma organizations
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical research and development processes
• Experience with cross-functional project management
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
