Job Summary
Managing complex site operations, the full-time Start-up Team Manager will oversee site activation processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate collaboration between trial sites and internal teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective site activation within assigned studies
- Oversee site activation according to timelines and quality standards while managing technical and operational aspects
- Monitor regional study status, identify risks, and provide metrics to the Study Start-up Oversight Lead
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical research, preferably in CRO or Pharma organizations
- Experience in site selection, contracts coordination, and regulatory submissions
- Knowledge of clinical development guidelines and directives
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
