Startup Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Startup Development Manager to collaborate with early-stage startups and help them leverage technology for product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect insights to inform the design and delivery of solutions that align with startup objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment with customer feedback and enhance the startup experience
• Deliver technology content and support startups in resolving technical issues to accelerate solution implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 3+ years of experience in technical program/product management or software development
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years of proficiency in Azure Cloud and AI services
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with early-stage startups to understand their technical needs
• Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
