Startup Ecosystem Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Startup Ecosystem Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Flamethrower application pipeline, processing applications and ensuring eligibility
• Coordinate onboarding for accepted startups and maintain program data and records
• Support relationship management with VCs and community organizations, and represent the program at events

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerator operations, or community management
• Comfort with operational and administrative tasks
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage workload independently
• Genuine curiosity about startups and the developer ecosystem
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
