Job Summary

As a full-time remote Pod Founder, the candidate will identify and validate business problems, build and sell AI-driven products, and manage the pod's profit and loss while collaborating closely with a Builder and supporting team.

Key responsibilities

• Find and validate business problems by engaging with real customers and assessing solutions
• Build the product by authoring specifications and working hands-on with the Builder
• Sell the product by landing pilot customers and proving market demand for general availability

Required qualifications

• Experience in building and launching products with a strong customer focus
• Proven track record of shipping real products, ideally with ownership of the project
• Ability to work across multiple functions including product, sales, and support
• Prior startup or zero-to-one experience is preferred
• Strong judgment and conviction to navigate product development and market validation
