Job Summary

As a full-time remote Pod Founder, the candidate will identify and validate business problems, build and sell AI-driven products, and manage the profit and loss of their pod while collaborating with a Builder and an operational team.

Key responsibilities

• Find and validate the problem by engaging with real customers and assessing potential solutions
• Build the product by authoring specifications and working hands-on with the Builder
• Sell the product by securing pilot customers and achieving revenue goals

Required qualifications

• Experience in building and launching products, ideally with ownership of the process
• Strong commercial acumen paired with design and engineering sensibilities
• Prior startup or zero-to-one experience with a proven track record of delivering results
• Ability to navigate across product, sales, marketing, and support functions
• Demonstrated bias for customer needs over organizational structure
