Startup Partner Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing the partner ecosystem, the full-time Startup Partner Enablement Manager will create enablement materials, manage partner programs, and organize events to promote Supabase's value to early-stage startups, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain partner enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, and playbooks
• Manage the operational cadence of partner programs, ensuring smooth logistics and collaboration
• Organize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, including planning and running hackathons

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, or event marketing, ideally in developer tools or startups
• Proven track record of running events from planning through post-event reporting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Experience working with external stakeholders, including technology partners and VCs
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area for regular in-person events
