Key Responsibilities

• Supervise codifications/recodifications and standalone legal reviews
• Review legislation for conflicts, inconsistencies, and obsolete provisions
• Prepare legal memoranda and work with clients to implement revisions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in law or legal research, focusing on local government law
• Admission to a State Bar
• Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy with a focus on quality work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong computer literacy (Windows, Word, Outlook)
