State Bid Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of state bid submissions, the full-time remote State Bid Manager will create project plans, coordinate with teams to ensure deadlines are met, and submit compliant bids for instructional materials in math, science, and ELA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee state bid submissions for instructional materials adoptions
• Design and implement organizational systems to enhance efficiency in adoption processes
• Collaborate with the Adoptions team to ensure compliance with state requirements and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in educational publishing, preferably with an Adoptions or RFP team at a K-12 publisher
• Expertise with project management software and processes
• Experience managing cross-functional work across large diverse teams
