Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Appraisal Review Officer to oversee appraisal compliance and risk management related to real estate collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews of complex real estate appraisals for regulatory compliance and recommend corrective actions
• Guide management and affiliate staff on risk management related to real estate evaluations and respond to inquiries regarding appraisal policy
• Assist in developing corporate appraisal policy and training programs, and mentor appraisal department staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 5 or more years of experience in appraisal development and review
• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification
