Job Summary

Guiding appraisal policy and compliance, the full-time State Certified Appraisal Review Officer will perform independent reviews of complex real estate appraisals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews of complex real estate appraisals for compliance and recommend actions for unacceptable reports
• Provide guidance to management and affiliate bank staff on risk management related to real estate collateral
• Assist in developing and coordinating the corporate appraisal policy and review program to ensure regulatory compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 5 or more years of experience in appraisal development and review
• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification
