Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraiser II to conduct and oversee property valuations and reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed property market value analyses and prepare comprehensive appraisal reports
• Review escalated AMC valuations and ensure compliance with appraisal standards and regulations
• Develop and lead training sessions for the appraisal team to promote continuous learning and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 6-10 years of real estate appraisal experience required
• Experience in appraising in various regions is required
• Knowledge of USPAP and Appraiser Independence Requirements
• State Certification, Residential or General License required
