Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive claims, confirm policy coverage, and acknowledge claims
  • Determine the validity and compensability of claims, establishing reserves and authorizing payments
  • Communicate claim status to customers, claimants, and clients while adhering to guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience, preferably in claims management
  • State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
