Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive claims, confirm policy coverage, and determine validity and compensability
- Establish reserves and authorize payments within limits, managing non-complex claims
- Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients while adhering to guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience and claims management preferred
- State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
