Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive claims, confirm policy coverage, and determine validity and compensability
  • Establish reserves and authorize payments within limits, managing non-complex claims
  • Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients while adhering to guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience and claims management preferred
  • State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
