A company is looking for a VAS Director, Portfolio Services Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio appraisal process, ensuring quality outcomes and efficient workflow management
• Collaborate with team members and clients to establish and track property information and report delivery
• Participate in leadership meetings to share strategy and support the execution of critical initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience
• Applicable Real Estate Appraisal Licenses and/or professional designations preferred
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
