Job Summary

Ensuring compliance with federal regulations and bank policy, the full-time remote Senior Commercial Review Appraiser will manage the appraisal process, solicit bids from appraisers, and validate appraisals for complex commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit bids from qualified appraisers and act as liaison during the appraisal process
• Complete internal evaluations and validations of commercial real estate properties
• Review and validate appraisals of complex and higher-risk commercial property types

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in appraising and/or reviewing appraisals for commercial and/or residential real estate properties
• State Certified General Appraiser
• Demonstrated ability to apply bank policy and regulatory requirements effectively
