State Certified General Appraiser Manager, this full-time remote position involves performing independent internal reviews of appraisal reports, assisting in managerial duties, and assessing the validity of appraisals to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent internal reviews of appraisal reports for compliance and validity
• Act as a resource for staff, assisting in managerial duties and addressing inquiries related to corporate appraisal policy
• Assess the validity of existing appraisals and evaluations, preparing necessary documentation for market value analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 9 or more years of experience in appraisal
• 5 or more years of experience in banking
• 2 or more years of management experience in a banking environment (preferred)
• State Certified General Appraiser certification
