Job Summary
Providing detailed administrative and technical desk reviews of residential appraisal reports, the full-time State Certified Review Appraiser will ensure compliance with appraisal standards and client directives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform appraisal reviews of complex one-to-four family residential real estate
- Ensure consistency with USPAP and company policies while analyzing property value-related issues
- Coordinate communication with appraisers and maintain the approved appraiser list
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum of five years' experience in real estate appraisal, real estate, or banking
- State Certified Real Estate Appraisal License
- Strong understanding of real estate appraisal theory and application
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data effectively
