Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Valuation Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up engagements and obtaining necessary data for assignments
• Catalog and analyze property-specific financial due-diligence materials and conduct market research
• Support the valuation process and provide guidance to junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of valuation experience, preferably at a Big 4 accounting or large advisory firm
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser or Licensed Trainee preferred
• Valuation experience for US GAAP and IFRS preferred
