Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, the remote State Contract & Purchasing Vehicle Manager will manage contract execution, compliance, and financial oversight while serving as a liaison between legal, sales, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely execution of new contracts, renewals, and adherence to contractual obligations
- Act as a first line of defense in identifying and mitigating contractual and business risks
- Oversee contract-related financial components including fees, rebates, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of demonstrated related experience managing public sector contracts
- Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting, and proposal processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong program management and organizational skills
