State Contract Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, the remote State Contract & Purchasing Vehicle Manager will manage contract execution, compliance, and financial oversight while serving as a liaison between legal, sales, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of new contracts, renewals, and adherence to contractual obligations
• Act as a first line of defense in identifying and mitigating contractual and business risks
• Oversee contract-related financial components including fees, rebates, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of demonstrated related experience managing public sector contracts
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracting, and proposal processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong program management and organizational skills
