State Election Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for State Election Coordinators to join their Election Results Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and validate state and county-level election reporting processes
• Build and manage a statewide network of 100-150 stringers for manual results collection
• Lead election-night operations, including monitoring stringer activity and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. election systems and county-level reporting
• Experience managing distributed or contract-based teams in high-pressure environments
• Ability to make operational decisions and adjust plans in real time
• Strong organizational skills for tracking staffing and operational readiness
