Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth startups
• Understanding of clinical operations and Medicaid healthcare provider nuances
• Experience managing decentralized teams effectively
• Proven track record of meeting aggressive deadlines across multiple projects
• Experience in value-based care or behavioral health is preferred
