State Filing Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Filing Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent State Filing on divisional product development initiatives
• Compose legally defensible and administratively correct contract language for new products and product enhancements
• Manage nationwide submission of rates and policy forms

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of State Filing experience within the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance compliance and company products
• Experience with SERFF and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to draft technical and contractual language independently
• Strong interpersonal ability to effectively interact with internal employees, insurance departments, and external representatives
