Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. State Government Proposal Manager, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, including proposal structure, compliance, and coordination of response templates
• Analyze RFP documents to ensure compliance and facilitate draft reviews and debriefs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring timely communication of amendments and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of proposal management experience with State Government Proposals
• Experience managing proposal schedules and tasks from start to finish
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Teams
• Ability to analyze complex State RFP documents for compliance
• Experience in creating and editing proposal templates and management plans
