State IDR Arbitration Director

A company is looking for an Arbitration Director - State IDR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight across multiple teams to achieve organizational goals
• Develop and refine State IDR strategies to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence
• Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance across the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related operational leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in a senior managerial or multi-team leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process preferred
• Strong understanding of business management principles and operational best practices
