Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Incentive Coordinator III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the submission and approval process for state incentives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals and maintain compliance
• Train new employees and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in REC operations, solar asset management, or incentive program compliance
• Hands-on experience with 2+ REC platforms (e.g., GATS, WREGIS, M-RETS, NEPOOL)
• Experience reconciling project data with third-party platforms
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Pro
