Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, State Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and adapt Partnership Sales strategies based on emerging business opportunities and market trends
  • Develop and implement comprehensive funding strategies for K-12 education aligned with district goals and equity initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Management, Marketing, or Business; government relations skills preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, partnership or account management, and/or strategic communications
  • Expert-level project management skills with strong emotional intelligence
  • Experience with major funding programs and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
  • Strong preference for experience in education policy or state government work
