Job Summary
A company is looking for a State Leader Vice President to drive strategic initiatives and manage the overall performance of mature states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive state and product strategy, working cross-functionally with various departments
- Coordinate profitability, growth, product fit, pricing adequacy, and compliance for respective states
- Lead analysis of the competitive landscape, leverage data and analysis to support proposed initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in strategic and/or analytical insurance roles
- Experience working with seasoned insurance experts and state regulators
- 3+ years of P&L management for an insurance company
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ideas across various domains
