Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Leader Vice President to drive strategic initiatives and manage the overall performance of mature states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive state and product strategy, working cross-functionally with various departments
  • Coordinate profitability, growth, product fit, pricing adequacy, and compliance for respective states
  • Lead analysis of the competitive landscape, leverage data and analysis to support proposed initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic and/or analytical insurance roles
  • Experience working with seasoned insurance experts and state regulators
  • 3+ years of P&L management for an insurance company
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ideas across various domains
