Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and executing outsourced state leaves administration activities in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting on state leave legislation and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Inputting client leave information into state portals and managing data reports for compliance
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in state paid leave and compliance related to insurance or leave programs
- 2 years of experience in disability claim management or group insurance
- Experience with regulatory and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- Understanding of state PFML laws and regulations
