Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and executing outsourced state leaves administration activities in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Tracking and reporting on state leave legislation and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Inputting client leave information into state portals and managing data reports for compliance

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in state paid leave and compliance related to insurance or leave programs
• 2 years of experience in disability claim management or group insurance
• Experience with regulatory and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• Understanding of state PFML laws and regulations
