Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive to provide account management and consulting services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide account management services and consulting to a book of business
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers, and business partners while ensuring satisfaction with services
- Develop and maintain annual Client Strategy Plans and deliver client utilization reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience in the TPA or benefits industry
- Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Active State Health agent license is ideal
- Thorough understanding of stop loss contracts and renewal processes
- Flexibility in work schedule to meet client demands and deadlines
