Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to provide account management and consulting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide account management services and consulting to a book of business
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers, and business partners while ensuring satisfaction with services
• Develop and maintain annual Client Strategy Plans and deliver client utilization reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in the TPA or benefits industry
• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Active State Health agent license is ideal
• Thorough understanding of stop loss contracts and renewal processes
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet client demands and deadlines
