Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive / Client Team Lead - Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior Account Executive for large group employee benefits clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while meeting annual sales goals
  • Act as a Team Lead, mentoring team members and ensuring efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in employee benefits or related client-facing roles
  • Active Life, Health, and Accident insurance license
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits products and market dynamics
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members is preferred
