Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive / Client Team Lead - Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior Account Executive for large group employee benefits clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while meeting annual sales goals
- Act as a Team Lead, mentoring team members and ensuring efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in employee benefits or related client-facing roles
- Active Life, Health, and Accident insurance license
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits products and market dynamics
- Experience leading or mentoring team members is preferred
