Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Account Manager to support client service teams in delivering high-quality service and managing client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in managing an assigned book of business and client deliverables
  • Coordinate and review client-facing materials and support the annual renewal process
  • Manage compliance-related tasks and assist with client onboarding and carrier implementations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • 2+ years of experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm
  • Current Life and Health license required
  • Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
