Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Account Manager to support client service teams in delivering high-quality service and managing client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in managing an assigned book of business and client deliverables
- Coordinate and review client-facing materials and support the annual renewal process
- Manage compliance-related tasks and assist with client onboarding and carrier implementations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 2+ years of experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm
- Current Life and Health license required
- Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
