Job Summary

State Licensed Account Manager, responsible for leading client service for middle and large accounts in a full-time remote position, collaborating on strategy design, conducting gap analyses, and managing client communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver service plans for clients
  • Collaborate on mid-market placements and ensure efficient placement processes
  • Participate in strategy meetings and stewardship planning for large clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years' experience in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of insurance coverages and guaranteed cost program design
  • Proficiency in Excel and self-serve portals
