Job Summary
State Licensed Account Manager, responsible for leading client service for middle and large accounts in a full-time remote position, collaborating on strategy design and renewal messaging, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver service plans for clients
- Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis
- Participate in strategy meetings and post-renewal discussions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design
- Proficient in Excel and self-serve portals
