Job Summary

State Licensed Account Manager, responsible for leading client service for middle and large accounts in a full-time remote position, collaborating on strategy design and renewal messaging, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver service plans for clients
  • Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis
  • Participate in strategy meetings and post-renewal discussions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design
  • Proficient in Excel and self-serve portals
