State Licensed Account Resolution Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ARS Team Lead to guide and mentor Account Resolution Specialists while managing a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Account Resolution Specialists and provide feedback to enhance productivity
• Serve as the first point of escalation for complex accounts and assign daily tasks based on priorities
• Ensure accurate claim submission and timely follow-up on accounts while adhering to payer guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• CRCR certification or completion of certification required within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of experience in securing medical claim payments and managing claim follow-up
• Prior mentoring experience is required
• Experience using EMR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
