State Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned accounting areas, the full-time State Licensed Accounting Manager will process transactions, provide analysis and reporting, and resolve escalated issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee transaction processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and address complex issues
• Report on Service Level Agreement metrics to maximize effectiveness and manage General Accounting costs

Required qualifications

• Licensure as an Accountant preferred, with relevant state licensure required
• High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
