State Licensed Activation Specialist

Job Summary

Leading producer activation and onboarding processes, the full-time State Licensed Activation Specialist will manage compliance reviews, licensing, and appointment matters while collaborating with internal teams and state regulators in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end activation for external producers, ensuring timely completion of compliance reviews and Producer Agreements
• Serve as the escalation point for complex onboarding and licensing issues while leading the appointment processes with state Departments of Insurance
• Continuously improve operational processes and training materials related to activation and licensing workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in insurance compliance, licensing, or related fields
• Active Property & Casualty Producer License in home state with willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance operations and regulatory compliance
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation
