Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Actuarial.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rate indication analyses and provide recommendations for rate adjustments
• Analyze product loss performance to drive growth and improve profitability
• Establish key performance indicators and develop reporting to ensure business health

Required Qualifications

• 10 years+ of actuarial experience related to pricing or reserving with an insurance carrier or MGA
• Bachelor's degree
• Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) highly preferred
• Ability to understand the business holistically and think strategically
• Strong analytical skills
