Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial lead for large, complex client assignments
• Develop and deliver financial/actuarial strategies for a portfolio of clients
• Drive revenue growth through client sales of additional financial and actuarial solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies and analysis
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships
• Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional)
