Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director Actuarial Services, Pricing to lead pricing strategy for ACA Individual & Family Plan markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead actuarial pricing strategy and manage rate filings for assigned ACA Individual markets
• Conduct market-level pricing analyses, including trend and competitive positioning
• Serve as actuarial lead in cross-functional pricing decisions and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Economics, or related field
• ASA or FSA designation
• 5+ years of actuarial experience, specifically in health care pricing methodologies
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
