Job Summary

State Licensed Actuarial Director, responsible for leading financial strategies for large client assignments in a full-time role, applying actuarial expertise to deliver innovative financial solutions and enhance client performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve plan performance
  • Leads financial and actuarial engagements for medium to large clients, developing tailored strategies
  • Guides team deliverables and builds internal relationships to support client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships
  • Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • Actuarial designation and current continuing education preferred
