Job Summary
Leading complex client assignments, the full-time salaried State Licensed Actuarial Director will leverage financial management and data analytics expertise to develop strategies for large clients, drive revenue growth, and enhance plan performance.
Key responsibilities
- Communicates complex financial and actuarial concepts to drive client action and improve performance
- Leads financial and actuarial engagements for medium to large clients, developing tailored strategies
- Guides regional and global teams on deliverables, ensuring quality reviews and effective client delivery
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies within a consulting or brokerage environment
- Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships successfully
- Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional)
