Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Actuarial Services - Large Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing actuarial team, ensuring project completion and compliance
• Provide strategic leadership to improve processes, mitigate risks, and achieve financial targets
• Maintain strong business relationships and support external partnerships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• Member of the American Academy of Actuaries
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or Associate with extensive experience
• 7 years of relevant actuarial experience, with leadership experience considered as a substitute for some required years
• Experience in Large Group pricing is highly preferred
