Job Summary
Conducting analysis, pricing, and risk assessment, the full-time State Licensed Actuary will estimate financial outcomes to support the enterprise's Value-Based Care initiatives while working remotely from anywhere within the continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Apply mathematical and statistical knowledge to calculate financial outcomes
- Support the development and refinement of valuation methodologies for program efficacy
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to build valuation models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of actuarial experience
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification required
- Experience in government-funded healthcare or Value-Based Care analytics preferred
- Hands-on data extraction and modeling skills, including SQL and advanced Excel
