Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Growth Actuary team, managing people and overseeing multiple projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align actuarial strategies with organizational objectives
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making and risk assessment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics/Science, or a relevant field
• 8+ years of actuarial industry experience, particularly in healthcare claims data and value-based care
• Fellow or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (FSA or ASA) designation is required
• Membership in the American Academy of Actuaries is desirable
