State Licensed Actuary Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director & Actuary.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarter-end and year-end reserve analysis and reporting for Fixed Index Annuity and Fixed Deferred Annuity products
• Prepare and maintain the annual VM-31 PBR memorandum, coordinating inputs and documentation
• Serve as the primary actuarial contact for audit inquiries and support the development of valuation models

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in an actuarial department
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) is required
• Experience in valuation, pricing, or actuarial modeling
• Knowledge of Statutory valuation and Fixed Index Annuity products
• Strong project and people management skills
